Due to the browser and ad Blockers, they have label the histats URL as a match on a list of know ad.
because of this the plugin will not be able to call the web site.
I do not run the histats.com my plugin was a easier way for adding they code.
If the people would like I can try to make a copy of that site or find another one out there that works.

All calls to histats.com get a ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT. this is on the clint side and not the server.
